EMBERLASTING
Emberlasting, which represents the fire that God puts in your heart that never goes out, came together in late 2007. Formed of 2 couples seeking friendship, they soon discovered God calling them in the same direction.

From her first duet with her father at age 3, Amy Riccio has been passionately involved in music ministry. She has served as a pianist, vocalist and worship leader throughout the years. Growing up, Nicholas Riccio dreamed of motivating and leading people into God’s presence from behind the drums. That dream became a reality in 1995 when he started drumming for his local church. Married in 2002, Nick and Amy, united in vision, have a fervent desire to see hearts touched by the hand of God.

Brian Jones has been writing and playing music since he was 15. Since then, he has been involved in numerous bands and solo projects, releasing several albums and playing hundreds of concerts around the southeast. In '99 he married Sheila, who grew up as a preacher’s kid and has always had a heart for music ministry. In 2003, she started playing bass by Brian’s side in their church worship band, while Brian took on a worship leader position. In December 2007 Brian and Sheila started writing songs together for the first time. Together they have a calling to be faithful servants to God’s purpose and plan for their lives.

In late 2007, Brian and Sheila met Nick and Amy at their church, and soon became good friends. They realized that God had placed them all together for a reason. God’s master plan had drawn them together to plant seeds of joy and hope through their music. Their branded hearts seek to minister to those who feel empty, downtrodden, confused and discouraged and to point them in God’s direction. Their purpose is to remind people to have an eternal perspective and not be caught up in the day to day trials.

Our Mission and Call
The Mission of this Ministry is to share the Gospel of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! To create a place to fellowship and learn of the unfailing love of God. We hope to add new friends so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun, when we are together and working on projects. By developing relationships and friendships, the ministry will become even stronger.

How can you support this ministry?
What is missionary support?
For centuries God has used His people to fund His work around the globe. Faith-based missionaries are responsible for raising the money needed to cover their personal expenses and the expenses related to their missionary work. The money raised from family, friends, churches and even businesses is called support. Those who commit to support a missionary are called supporters. These supporters are channels of God's provision for faith-based missions and missionaries.

Why do faith missionaries need to raise support?
All missionaries get funded the same way - God's people give generously to support mission work. Whether you are employed by a large denominational organization or a small ministry, God is the one who speaks to His people to fund the ministry. When God's people give, His vision and calling are funded.

What does it mean to live on support?
It means that individuals, churches and even businesses pay your salary. When God's people give, we get a salary and the vision of MJN gets funded.

Do faith missionaries have a set salary?
The short answer is yes. Our board of directors sets the annual salary. Yet, if the funds do not come in, the annual salary is not met. Bottom Line: God is our provider and He abundantly meets our needs through the generous, faithful gifts of our ministry supporters.

Are there different kinds of support?
Yes, here are some of the most common:Regular Support: Monthly, quarterly or annual support are funds missionaries can count on for their basic living and ministry expenses.

Special Gifts: These are funds that come periodically throughout the year to support specific missionary needs. Often times these gifts cover unexpected financial needs.
Project Funds: Project funds may cover anything from a chair, or a vehicle, to a church building. Project funds go directly to the project for which they are specifically designated

Is support tax-deductible?
MJN is under the covering of Wesley Chapel Church of the Nazarene, a 501c3 nonprofit ministry and your gifts are 100% tax-deductible when you do not receive a benefit from them. Your gifts of regular, special and project funding qualify as tax-deductible gifts. Also, in-kind gifts (stuff) qualify for a tax deduction as well.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe that there is one God, manifested in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, was born of a virgin, is wholly God and wholly man, lived a sinless life, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of mankind, was buried, arose from the grave and ascended into Heaven.

Our mission is to show hope for the hopeless through this outreach ministry. To share that God wants none to perish and that He has an awesome plan for you life! We strive to make a difference by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and expanding our reach.

THE WAY
What is 'The Way?', Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6). The Bible also tells us this, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16) NIV. But wait there is more!
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. (John 3:17) NIV. and now more good news,
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. (John 3:18) NIV. Jesus is 'The Way!' What do I need to do to be save? That's a great question! So let me ask you this question;

Has anyone ever told you that God loves you and that he has a wonderful plan for your life? I have a real quick, but important question to ask you. If you were to die this very second, do you know for sure, beyond a shadow of doubt, that you would go to Heaven? If “Yes” Great, why would you say “Yes”? If you have Jesus in your heart, that should be your answer, but if you don’t and your answer is “No” or “I don’t know”, let me quickly share with you what the Holy Bible reads. It reads “for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” and “for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”. The bible also reads, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”. And you’re a “whosoever” right? Of course you are; all of us are.

I have already said a prayer for all that read this, and the prayer is this. Lord bless this person and their family with long and healthy lives. Jesus make yourself real to them and do a quick work their heart. If they have not received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, I pray they will do so now.

Dear brother or sister, if you would like to receive the gift that God has for you today, say these words with your heart and lips out loud. Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Forgive me of my sin. Wash me and cleanse me. Set me free. Jesus, thank You that You died for me. I believe that You are risen from the dead and that You’re coming back again for me. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me a passion for the lost, a hunger for the things of God and a holy boldness to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m saved; I’m born again, I’m forgiven and I’m on my way to Heaven because I have Jesus in my heart.

As a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, I tell you today that all your sins are forgiven. Always remember to run to God and not from God because He loves you and has a great plan for your life.
